1. What we hold
- Your account. Your email address, your licence and the computers signed in.
- A sealed copy of your decks. It is encrypted on your computer before it is sent, with a key we don’t hold, so a second computer can pick it up and nothing is lost if your plan lapses. We can’t read it.
- Deck fingerprints. When you put a deck on the ticker, the app sends a fingerprint of the deck and your licence so we can sign it. Not its contents.
- Error reports, if switched on: what broke, the app version and the operating system. No symbols, no keys.
- Usage statistics, if switched on: an anonymous install ID, whether the app was on today and whether a deck was touched. Nothing about what you watch.
2. What we never receive
Your broker and exchange keys, your positions and balance, and the prices you see. Keys stay in Windows Credential Manager on your computer, and prices go straight from the service to your app.
3. What you can switch off
Error reports and usage statistics are each switched on or off in the app under Settings → Data & privacy.
4. Why we hold it
To run your account and licence, to sign your decks, and to fix and improve the app. No advertising, no tracking across sites, and nothing is sold.
5. Payments
Our payment provider, the merchant of record, processes payments under its own privacy policy. We don’t see or store your card details.
6. Cookies
This site uses only what it needs to keep you signed in and remember your language. No tracking or advertising cookies.
7. How long we keep it
- If you delete your account, its records and the sealed copy of your decks are kept for 30 days and then removed.
- Payment records are kept by our payment provider for as long as the law requires.
- Files on your computer are yours. Uninstalling asks whether to remove them; by default they stay.
8. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and you can delete your account from your account page.
